Payment Terms: Prepayment required unless other arraignments are made. We accept the following Charge Cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal and Bank Wires.

Warranties: New Equipment warranties are based on warranties offered through the manufactures. Most Used Equipment is warranted for 90 days to six months. Please contact us for any specific Equipment Warranty information.

Returns Policy: No returns without prior authorization. Please call for RMA Number.

International/Foreign Country Orders: Please contact us for terms and conditions for Equipment shipped outside of the United States, or Canada.

Customs Charges: It is the Customer's responsibility for paying Customs Duties, Fees, Taxes, and Importation Charges. Our Shipping Charge is for Shipping Cost only.

Shipping: We primarily ship using Federal Express.
